<p>The method involves coding identification or personalization information in a form of macroblocks (M). An image from images (IM) comprising modifiable macroblocks e.g. macroblocks, which are not used as reference for decoding following images in decoding order of video stream and macroblocks used as reference, is identified in the stream, where the modification of reference macroblocks does not create visible modification during display of stream. The modifiable macroblocks are selected in the identified image, and selected macroblocks are replaced by macroblocks for coding the information. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a program comprising instructions executable by a processor in an installation to perform a method for marking a video stream generated by an encoder (2) an installation comprising an encoder (3) a digital TV receiver comprising an extension card.</p> |
