<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for operating a torpedo car with which a tapping-off of molten iron can stably be performed without over-turning the torpedo car and the conveying of the molten iron with the torpedo car and the productivity can be improved. <P>SOLUTION: When the torpedo car 1 is operated, current value of a motor 5 is measured when the molten iron is tapped off, and it is determined whether or not the measured current value is over a canceling standard value for canceling dephosporizing treatment, and when the current value is less than the canceling standard value, a dephosphorizing treatment is performed after receiving the molten iron in a blast furnace 2. When the current value is over the canceling standard value, after receiving the molten iron in the blast furnace 2, the dephosphorizing treatment is not performed and the melting of stuck material S is performed by tilting a vessel 12. After melting the stuck material S, when the molten iron is tapped off, the current value of the motor 5 is again measured, and it is determined whether or not the current value is less than the canceling standard value for releasing to the canceling of the dephosphorizing treatment. When the current value is less than the canceling standard value, the dephosphorizing treatment is performed in the following operation, and when the current value exceeds to the canceling standard value, the melting of the stuck material S is again performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
