<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image transfer body and a printing method by which transfer of base ink to a first ink layer formed of magenta ink and cyan ink is particularly improved as compared with a conventional one. <P>SOLUTION: In the printing method, an ink layer on an intermediate transfer film is retransferred on a base material after the ink is transferred to the intermediate transfer film. The magenta ink or cyan ink is transferred as the first ink layer to the intermediate transfer film by reducing the number of gradations from a maximum gradation value, and then, a base ink layer is transferred on the first ink layer, and the base ink layer is retransferred on the base material from the intermediate transfer film to a base material side to make color-representation by making the first ink layer as a maximum gradation area. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
