The simulator has a proprioceptive room equipped with a user station and an experimenter station. A visual user interface includes six CPUs each incorporating a touch screen, where two touch screens represent the spatial distribution of risk areas within an organization, and different types of risks are shown in the other four touch screens as risk areas numbered 1 to 12. An experimenter triggers two types of alarm such as incident level alarm and accident level alarm, where the user interface allows modeling of 24 different potential risks by interactive buttons on the touch screens.
