<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of removing dust in grains under conveyance, the grains being unhulled rice, unpolished rice, polished rice, soybeans, red beans, etc., which are conveyed to a storage part such as a tank or a silo and a processing part such as a dipping tank. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the method of removing the dust in grains under conveyance, by which supplied grains are pushed by moving the conveyance body 16 of a conveyance conveyor 11 in a lateral direction, and then conveyed forward while dust sticking on grain surfaces are removed by utilizing a contact phenomenon in which grains pushed by the conveying body 16 push grains before them in order and thereby come into contact with one another to be rubbed, the conveying body 16 conveys the conveyance grains onto a dust removal body 32 with through-holes 36 of a dust removing device 30 while giving vibrations to the conveyance grains so that the grains being conveyed move in an upper layer and the dust stays in a lower layer, and while the grains are made to pass on the dust removal body 32, the dust is made to fall from the through-hole 36. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
