PURPOSE: A surgical pin assembly allowing the designation of treatment material inserting positions is provided to prevent complications by inserting drugs and treatment materials only into a specific bone region requiring treatment. CONSTITUTION: A surgical pin(10a) is prepared in a hollow shape. The surgical pin is formed with multiple marking parts(16) on the exterior surface. The marking parts regularly cave in along the outer circumferential surface of the surgical pin. An opening is punctured and opened by the external force of a specific marking part. Treatment materials are discharged through the opening.
