PURPOSE: A scintillator panel, a manufacturing method thereof, and a radiation detecting device with the same are provided to adjust the visible ray reflexibility of a support substrate according to colors or the amount of pigment or to adjust the visible ray reflexibility of the pigment of a specific color. CONSTITUTION: A scintillator panel(10) comprises a support substrate(100) and a scintillator layer(120). The support substrate is radiation-transparent. The scintillator layer is formed on one surface of the support substrate and converts radiation into visible rays. The support substrate engineering plastics in which pigment increasing visible ray reflexibility is added. The engineering plastic includes thermoplastic crystallization synthetic resin or thermoplastic amorphous synthetic resin.
