PURPOSE: A 3D inkjet coating device and a coating method using the same are provided to uniformly form a coated surface throughout a 3D solid shape. CONSTITUTION: A 3D inkjet coating device comprises a conveyor(200), a loading unit, a plane coating unit(400), a first lateral coating unit(500), a rotating device, and a second lateral coating unit(700). The conveyor transfers a to-be-coated product. The loading unit is transferred by the conveyor and loads the to-be-coated product. The plane coating unit injects inkjet drops downwardly, thereby coating the plane of the to-be-coated product. The first lateral coating unit injects inkjet drops to a lateral side, thereby coating a first later surface of the to-be-coated product. The rotating device controls a position of a coated surface of a second lateral space which is not coated. The second lateral coating unit injects inkjet drops to a lateral side, thereby coating the second lateral surface of the to-be-coated product.
