An electrolyte sheet comprises an electrolyte layer which comprises electrolyte particles, and a binder, and a base material which is laminated on the electrolyte layer. The electrolyte sheet according to the present invention has an ionic conductivity of the electrolyte particles of at least 1.0×10-5 S/cm, and the ratio of the electrolyte particles to the total weight of the electrolyte particles and the binder is between 50 wt% and 99.5 wt%. In a transcription test, after transcription of the electrolyte layer, the electrolyte particles and the binder do not remain at the base material, and the electrolyte layer does not come off after the transcription of the electrolyte layer in a transcription target.
