<p>Provided are: a high-frequency signal line that can have increased thinness; and an electronic apparatus. A dielectric element (12) is configured from laminating a plurality of dielectric sheets (18). A signal line (20) is provided to the dielectric element (12). A ground conductor (24) extends along the signal line (20) in the dielectric element (12). Floating conductors (26) are provided in the dielectric element (12) at the negative direction side in the z-axis direction from the signal line (20) and the ground conductor (24), are arranged along the signal line (20), and, in a plan view from the z-axis direction, by means of being disposed in a manner so as to intersect the signal line (20), face the signal line (20) and the ground conductor (24) with a dielectric sheet (18) therebetween and are not connected to the signal line (20) or the ground conductor (24). The magnitude of the capacitance formed between the ground conductor (24) and the floating conductors (26) is at least the magnitude of the capacitance formed between the signal line (20) and the floating conductors (26).</p> |
