<p>PURPOSE: A streetlight control device in a grid-connected streetlight system stably operates a streetlight without power interruption by using natural energy. CONSTITUTION: A streetlight control device (300) includes a control unit (310), a real time clock (RTC) circuit unit (320), a storage unit (325), and a display unit (380). The control unit compares current time information provided from the RTC circuit unit with a predetermined night time condition and turns on a streetlight using AC power when the time information satisfies the night time condition. When the time information is out of the night time condition, the control unit turns off the streetlight by cutting off the AC power and monitors the power generation, power consumption, and leakage of solar and wind power of the streetlight. The storage unit stores identification information including the night time condition, the monitored result provided from the control unit, a group address where the streetlight is included, and an individual address of the streetlight. The display unit displays the monitored result with the identification information of the streetlight. A watchdog timer circuit unit detects the malfunction of the control unit and performs a reset function itself.
