PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit printing on a plurality of surfaces of corrugated cardboard with one plate and to make a device inexpensive.SOLUTION: A stencil printing method for corrugated cardboard includes transferring image data to be printed to a thermal head from a personal computer, winding a stencil which is thermosensitive stencil base paper formed with an image thereon by a thermal head, around a metal printing cylinder of a rotary stencil printer, and allowing the corrugated cardboard to pass through between the stencil and an impression cylinder along a longitudinal direction, i.e., longitudinally to print the image of the stencil in a predetermined position. In a process for conveying the corrugated cardboard into a printer, the stencil printing method includes processes for: alternately repeating the pressure-bonding time of lifting the impression cylinder toward the printing cylinder to pressure-bond and rotate the printing cylinder and the impression cylinder with the corrugated cardboard held in between to print on the corrugated cardboard, and the detachment time of lowering the impression cylinder to release pressure-bonding of the printing cylinder to the corrugated cardboard and to place the printing cylinder to stand by in the following printing position; and repeating the pressure-bonding time at least twice to print the whole image or/and a partial image of the stencil on one sheet of corrugated cardboard. |
