PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, with reduction in size and height of a coaxial cable connector, it is necessary to also reduce in size and height a coaxial connector for a substrate connected with the coaxial connector, when reduction in height of the coaxial connector for the substrate is attained, a contact area between connectors may be reduced and contact reliability may be reduced but when the quantity of an insulator is reduced, a sufficient coupling strength between components may not be maintained.SOLUTION: A coaxial connector for a substrate comprises a central terminal, an outer conductor including the central terminal inside and an insulator separately holding the central terminal and the outer conductor. The coaxial connector for the substrate is configured to reduce a fitting height by forming a planar part which is formed from the insulator inside of the outer conductor and capable of regulating excessive approach of the coaxial cable connector, and an exposure part partially exposing a top face of a disc part around a root portion of a contact part. The coaxial connector for the substrate is configured to maintain sufficient coupling between components even if the insulator inside of the outer conductor is reduced. |
