PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a therapeutic agent useful for inflammatory arthritic disorder.SOLUTION: An inflammatory arthritic disorder therapeutic agent includes 4-alkylumbelliferone, its derivative or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient. As the 4-alkylumbelliferone, 4-methylumbelliferone is preferable. The therapeutic agent is preferably combined with one or more agents selected from the group consisting of a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug, steroid drug, immunomodulator, immunosuppressant and biological preparation. |
