PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an estimation apparatus, an estimation method and a program that estimate speeds of a plurality of objects from a Doppler signal.SOLUTION: An estimation apparatus includes: a frequency spectrum calculation unit for calculating a frequency spectrum at a predetermined period from a Doppler signal of an object; a change state storage unit for storing a change state of the frequency spectrum; a peak spectrum estimation unit for updating the change state with a state space model on the basis of the frequency spectrum and the state change at a previous time, and estimating one or more frequencies of a peak spectrum on the basis of the updated change state; and a speed calculation unit for calculating the speed of the object from the frequency of the peak spectrum. |
