PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote panel configured to display different information on a body and an external device, using one VRAM.SOLUTION: An image forming device includes: a display screen data generating part which generates display screen data as an operation panel; an operation part which displays the display screen data and receives an operation instruction; a remote operation processing part which transmits the display screen data to an external information terminal and carries out remote operation processing by receiving the operation instruction from the external information terminal; and a control part which controls the operation part or parts based on the instruction input by the external information terminal. The display screen data generating part generates the display screen data so as to include and display different regions of the display screen data on the operation part and a display part of the external information terminal.
