PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a green emission oxynitride phosphor with a high emission efficiency.SOLUTION: A green emission oxynitride phosphor is shown by the general formula M1ReM2ON(wherein, M1 is a metal containing a group II element or Sn, and M2 is a metal containing a group IV element except Sn, and Re is an activation agent, where, 0.01≤a≤0.20, 0.8≤x/(w+a) ≤1.0) and 0<z/y≤1.0. M1 contains at least one of Ca, Ba, Sr, Mg, Zn and Sn. M2 contains at least one of Si, Ge, Zr and Ti. Re contains at least one of La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu, Mn, Bi and Sb. |
