PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission device capable of suppressing increase in the size of a case.SOLUTION: A power transmission device includes: a connection hollow shaft facing from an opening 53 of a distribution case 5 to an outer side; an oil seal between the connection hollow shaft and the distribution case 5; and a gutter-shaped lubrication guide 93 that receives lubrication oil splashed up by an orthogonal engagement gear of a transmission middle shaft engaging with the connection hollow shaft 7 for interlocking and arranged relatively to a lower position, to guide it to the oil seal side. The distribution case 5 has a breather chamber 95 communicating into the distribution case 5 through a communication port and mounted with a breather, and the breather chamber 95 is arranged so as to contain an upper space S of the lubrication guide 93. |
