PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machining tool capable of preventing stone from being damaged, by solving a problem in a machining tool for masons to perform cutting/machining or the like of the stone, wherein a base abutted against a top surface of the stone is made of a steel plate so that the stone is easily damaged by scratches, etc., when making the base slide along the top surface of the stone, and there is a risk that the stone may be damaged by hitting a base corners, etc.SOLUTION: A machining tool is configured by covering mainly a lower surface of a base 2 abutted against stone and made of a steel plate with a resin base cover 20. Preferably, the base cover 20 may easily be attached/detached to/from the base 2 using the elasticity thereof. |
