PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel transparent double-sided adhesive sheet for an image display device, which can reduce strain arising within the adhesive sheet after bonding, even when a bonding surface has a stepped part with 50 μm to 100 μm height, under a constraint of keeping the thickness of the adhesive sheet to 250 μm or less.SOLUTION: The transparent double-sided adhesive sheet for an image display device is to be used for bonding a member constituting an image display device, the member having a stepped part with 50 μm to 100 μm height and a flat surface part in an adhesion surface, with another member constituting the image display device. The adhesive sheet has a thickness of 250 μm or less in a part with the maximum thickness and has a gel fraction (a) of 10% or more at a position to be in contact with the stepped part when bonded, the gel fraction (a) being smaller than a gel fraction (b) at a position to be in contact with the flat surface part when bonded. |
