PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly correct a spring characteristic of an air suspension (an air spring) of a vehicle. SOLUTION: An actual internal pressure value of the air spring in a predetermined reference vehicle height is detected when a predetermined reference load acts on the air spring, and the spring characteristic on design of the air spring is corrected by using an internal pressure value on design and the actual internal pressure value of the air spring in the reference vehicle height when the reference load acts.
