The present invention relates to a carbon dioxide fire-extinguishing system including an apparatus for retrieving fire-extinguishing chemicals having residual carbon dioxide, capable of electrically or physically interworking the openings and closings of the main valve of a fire-extinguishing chemicals main storage tank and an isolation valve of fire-extinguishing chemicals in a fire zone so as to control the amount and time of discharged fire-extinguishing chemicals. By installing additional fire-extinguishing chemicals retrieval pipes, dry ice is prevented from being formed inside fire pipes, and when a fire reoccurs in the fire zone, the fire extinguishing chemicals can be immediately discharged in order to put out the fire.
