<p>An air-conditioning system (100) wherein an integrated controller (12) activates a ventilation device (11) and performs an outside air cooling operation when the outside air temperature at a predetermined precooling operation start time is lower than the temperature of an indoor space (B) at that time. After the outside air cooling operation has been implemented, and when the temperature of the indoor space (B) at an operation-switching determination time at a prescribed time prior to when a user begins to occupy the room is equal to or higher than a predetermined operation-switching determination temperature, the operation is switched from the outside air cooling operation performed by the ventilation device (11) to a heat pump cooling operation performed by an air-conditioning device (A).</p> |
