<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vane type compressor capable of keeping the distribution of clearance at the axial front and rear parts of a rotor in a proper state by balancing the force acting on the front and rear parts of the rotor and a driving shaft integrated with the rotor by generating the pressure difference between the axial front and rear parts of the rotor.SOLUTION: A pair of side blocks 13, 21 closing both axial ends of a cylinder 12 are provided with at least one of a suction pressure introduction groove formed on a face opposed to a rotor 3 of one side block 13 to introduce a fluid equivalent to a suction pressure, a groove-contracted portion 41a formed by contracting a part of an area where a vane groove of an oil introduction groove 41 formed on a face opposed to the rotor 3 of one of the side blocks can be opened, to the radial inner side of the rotor, and a groove-expanded portion 42a formed by expanding a part of an area where a vane groove of an oil introduction groove 42 formed on the other side block can be opened, to the radial outer side of the rotor.</p> |
