Provided are: a working medium for heat cycles which is usable as a substitute for R410A and has a small global warming parameter; a composition for heat cycle systems which contains the working medium; and a heat cycle system in which the composition is used. The working medium for heat cycles comprises trifluoroethylene and 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene, wherein the total proportion of the trifluoroethylene and the 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene in the whole working medium is 70-100 mass% and the proportion of the trifluoroethylene in the sum of the trifluoroethylene and the 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene is 35-95 mass%. The composition for heat cycle systems contains the working medium for heat cycles. The heat cycle system employs the composition. |
