<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a release polyester film having an excellent oligomer sealing effect during heating, which is a release film which functions like a carrier of a tackiness agent having a heating step or a release film required for a coreless tackiness agent adhered to an ITO film having a crystallization heating step.SOLUTION: There is provided a release polyester film which comprises: a coating layer A layer 12 obtained by coating a coating liquid containing a quaternary ammonium base-containing polymer, a polyethylene glycol-containing acrylate polymer and a crosslinking agent on one surface of a polyester film 11; and a coating layer B layer 13 having a thickness of 10 to 100 nm which is formed by coating a coating agent containing at least one organosiloxane compound on the A layer, and has a release layer 14 on the B layer.</p> |
