PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress erroneous start of a vehicle without the usage of a detection result of a throttle opening sensor.SOLUTION: An ECU 40 restricts operation of an engine 10 when it is determined that an opening of a throttle valve 14 is equal to or more than a prescribed value based on the change of an intake pressure detected by an intake pipe pressure sensor 16 in start of the engine 10. Further, the ECU 40 determines the initial explosion after starting of the engine 10, and monitors the increase change of an engine speed after the initial explosion, and restricts operation of the engine 10 when it is determined that the opening of the throttle valve 14 is equal to or more than the prescribed value based on the increase change of the engine speed. |
