<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film forming composition suitable for producing a film for an electronic device having a high refractive index.SOLUTION: The film forming composition for a solid-state imaging element contains an isocyanuric acid derivative (A) containing an alkoxysilane represented by the following formula (1), zirconia particles (B) having an average particle diameter of 1 to 100 nm, and a solvent (C).
