PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin material lamination structure of an interior component of an automobile which can prevent adhesion of a thermoplastic adhesive to a molding die for molding the interior component of an automobile and facilitates storage management of the skin material before lamination to a resin core material and its skin material lamination method.SOLUTION: A skin material 2 before lamination on a resin core material 1 has an adhesive layer 3 of a thermoplastic adhesive on the back surface and is also provided with a back-surface nonwoven fabric layer 4 composed of a nonwoven fabric as the skin material back-surface outermost layer, on the lower surface of the adhesive layer 3. From the time when the side of the back-surface nonwoven fabric layer 4 of the skin material 2 is brought into contact with the resin core material 1, the lamination structure consisting of the skin material 2 laminated on the resin core material 1 undergoes fusion of the thermoplastic adhesive of the adhesive layer 3, owing to heat of the resin core material 1 and/or heat of the skin material 2, to make the thermoplastic adhesive penetrate the back-surface nonwoven fabric layer 4. The thermoplastic adhesive penetrating the back-surface nonwoven fabric layer is oozed out into the resin core material 1 under pressure applied to the skin material 2, and the resin core material 1 and the back-surface nonwoven fabric layer 4 are crimped by the oozed thermoplastic adhesive and the pressure applied to the skin material 2 and laminated. |
