<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a renovation sash unit or the like which is capable of securing a wider opening inside a renovation frame and improves a construction property. <P>SOLUTION: A renovation sash unit is provided at an inner peripheral side of an existent frame that an existent sash provided in an opening communicating the inside and the outside of a room has. The renovation sash unit includes a renovation sash to be newly provided and a lower frame joint member. The lower frame joint member comprises an existent frame placement part which is placed in a portion where a lower rail of an existent lower frame that the existent frame has is removed and in which a renovation frame that the renovation sash has is placed and fixed, a renovation frame skeleton fixing part which is provided at a room inside of the existent frame placement part, covers an upper portion of the room inside fixed part of the existent frame at a position higher than the existent frame placement part and is fixed to a skeleton, and a renovation frame fixing part which is provided at the room outside of the existent frame placement part, extends from the existent frame placement part and faces the renovation frame, and is fixed to the renovation frame. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
