<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calibration apparatus for a diaphragm type pressure gauge which can be reflected with pressure fluctuation in a fluid to be measured with high reproducibility. <P>SOLUTION: A diaphragm type pressure gauge comprises an introduction pipe 11 through which a fluid to be measured is introduced, a source valve 1a which opens/closes a channel of the introduction pipe 11, a diaphragm 2d which is disposed to close a terminal end of the introduction pipe 11 and receives pressure from the fluid, and a pressure gauge body 22 to which pressure received by the diaphragm 2d is transported via a capillary tube 21. A calibration apparatus 10 comprises a cylindrical calibrator 3 which is held between a first flange 11f provided at a terminal end side of the introduction pipe 11 and a second flange 21f of which the central portion is closed with the diaphragm 2d and internally has a calibration chamber 30 communicating the channel of the introduction pipe 11 and the diaphragm 2d.
