<p>The present invention relates to a composition used in marker detection for detecting differentiation potency of adipocyte-derived stem cells comprising one or more mRNAs selected from a group including proenkephalin (PENK), kynureninase, L-kynurenine hydrolase (KYNU), kazal-type serine peptidase inhibitor domain 1 (KAZALD1), calmegin (CLGN), small cell adhesion glycoprotein (SMAGP), scavenger receptor class A, member 3 (SCARA3), epithelial stromal interaction 1 (EPSTI1), limb bud and heart development homolog (LBH), lipase, endothelial (LIPG), lipopolysaccharide binding protein (LBP), PRKC, apoptosis, WT1, regulator (PAWR), and secreted frizzled-related protein 2 (SFRP2), or a formulation which measures protein level thereof; a composition used in marker detection for measuring potency of the adipocyte-derived stem cell therapy products; to a composition used in marker detection for measuring senescence of the adipocyte-derived stem cells; and to uses thereof.</p> |
