<p>The present invention relates to a device for remotely reading a water meter which is capable of remotely reading a used amount of a water meter. An objective of the present invention is to detect a rotary state of an impeller of a water meter in a noncontact way using a light sensor. The present invention is fixed by penetrating protective glass constituting an upper portion of a common water meter and fitting a cylindrical sensor fixing cap, wherein the sensor fixing cap is fixed on an upper portion of a hand representing a minimum unit for displaying the used amount, a light sensor is installed at a facing position inside the sensor fixing cap, a detector having a penetration hole formed is fitted and fixed to a rotary shaft after removing the hand for displaying the minimum unit of the meter while light is detected from the light sensor through the penetration hole, and an upper portion of a contactor is configured by fitting and fixing a finishing cap.</p> |
