PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent charge and discharge of a monolithic refractory carried out to a throat of a mixer car.SOLUTION: A monolithic refractory is constituted by a coarse grain having a grain diameter of 16 mm to 31.5 mm, a medium grain having the grain diameter of 0.2 mm to 5 mm and a fine grain having the grain diameter of less than 0.2 mm. The coarse grain contains MgO-C of 24 mass% to 34 mass% based on the total mass. The medium grain contains AlOof 15 mass% to 27 mass% and MgO of 2 mass% or less based on the total mass. The fine grin contains AlOof 33 mass% to 38 mass%, MgO of 3 mass% to 8 mass%, SiOof 1 mass% or less and CaO of 0.5 mass% to 5 mass% based on the total mass. The mass ratio of AlOto MgO based on the total mass is 1.5 to 3.0 and the mass ratio of the coarse grain to the fine grain is 0.46 to 0.67. |
