PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat for a vehicle which can suppress that a planar body abuts on a suspension member even if further warped to a seat frame side from a hang initial state due to the application of a load not smaller than a prescribed value to the planar body.SOLUTION: A hanging mechanism which hangs a planar body 40 to a seat frame 21 side is arranged between the planar body 40 of a pivot member 30 attached to the seat frame 21 and the seat frame 21. The hanging mechanism has a hanging member 51 of the planar body, and a hanging member 60 which is arranged between both side frame parts 24 via a clip body 70, connected to the hanging member 51, and hangs the planar body 40. An elastic engagement part which is elastically and detachably engaged with one member out of both the members of the side frame part 24 and the hanging member 60 is formed at the clip body 70. When a load not smaller than a prescribed value is applied on the planar body 40, the engagement of the elastic engagement part is released, and the hanging member 60 is released from the side frame part 24. |
