Provided is a prefabricated livestock excrement fermenting device for transporting and rapidly installing a fermenting tank having a relatively large volume. The prefabricated livestock excrement fermenting device according to a preferable embodiment of the present invention comprises: a bell-type fermenting tank for accommodating raw ingredients of a fermented organic fertilizer therein; a hollow rotation axis installed in a longitudinal direction to be able to be rotated in the fermenting tank; a rotation gear equipped with a toothed wheel rotated in one side direction by being coupled with the rotation axis in a lower part of the fermenting tank; a reciprocating lever unit to rotate the rotation gear in one side direction; a cylinder coupled with both sides of the reciprocating lever unit through a cylinder fixing unit; and a plurality of agitating and rotating units to agitate raw ingredients by rotating the reciprocating lever unit towards one side by means of the operation of the cylinder so the rotation axis is rotated. The fermenting tank includes an arc-shaped plate divided into four parts in a bell shape direction; and a ㄱ-shaped angle having a first angle surface and a second angle surface, wherein the first angle surface is fused on each of both end sides of the outer circumference of the plate in a bell shape direction, and each angle which is not fused on the plate faces and is connected to the second angle surface which is the nearest in one side arc direction. |
