PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder which can fasten a pair of half-split magnetic materials, or a pair of cases holding the half-split magnetic materials individually, with good strength. ! SOLUTION: A band body 11 and engaging portions 13, 14 are configured as a binding band. After the band body 11 is fastened to the peripheral surface of a ferrite clamp, the engaging portions 13, 14 are fastened to a wire projecting from both ends of the ferrite clamp. Consequently, a connection 15 for connecting the pair of engaging portions 13, 14 with the band body 11 is disposed in a direction along the axis of the ferrite clamp, so as to connect the pair of engaging portions 13, 14.
