PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing device for a vehicle capable of reducing slide resistance between a cable and an outer case, and capable of suppressing increase in the number of components.SOLUTION: An opening/closing device for a vehicle for opening/closing an opening/closing body of the vehicle includes: a drum 32 around which a first cable 18 and a second cable 19 are wound; a first outer case 36 for supporting the first cable 18; a second outer case 37 for supporting the second cable 19; a tension roller 45 in which the first cable 18 is hooked; and a tension roller 53 in which the second cable 19 is hooked. The first cable 18 and the second cable 19 cross with each other at crossing points E1, E2, the first cable 18 is arranged along a first straight line across the tension roller 45 from the first outer case 36, and the second cable 19 is arranged along a second straight line across the tension roller 53 from the second outer case 37. |
