Disclosed are a device and a system for detecting semen and a fingerprint easily detecting semen and the fingerprint based on imaging information of a smartphone camera without using an additional reagent. The device for detecting semen and a fingerprint comprises: a planar main body composed of a light transmission member; a light emitting unit provided to the main body to irradiate light to a front side; a power line of which one end is connected to the light emitting unit and the other end is connected to a connection terminal; the connection terminal connected to an end part of the power line; and a coupling unit provided to the main body to enable the smart phone to be coupled to the opposite side to the irradiation direction of the light emitting unit. Therefore, the present invention is coupled to be attached to and detached from the smart phone by the coupling unit to irradiate the light from the light emitting unit to the opposite direction to the smart phone, and the planar main body is installed to cover a camera lens of the smart phone to be used for detecting the semen. Therefore, the present invention is capable of easily detecting the semen based on the imaging information of the smart phone camera without using the additional reagent to conveniently and portably and accurately detect the semen.
