<p>The present invention relates to a steel plate with excellent simple electro gas arc (SEGARC) welding characteristics and a manufacturing method for the same and, more specifically, relates to a steel plate with excellent SEGARC welding characteristics to effectively increase welding productivity when manufacturing a ship; and a manufacturing method for the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method of manufacturing a steel plate with excellent SEGARC welding characteristics comprises: a step of reheating a slab at 1100-1160°C, wherein the slab comprises 0.06-0.10 wt% of carbon (C), 0.2-0.4 wt% of silicon (Si), 1.4-1.6 wt% of manganese (Mn), 0.015-0.050 wt% of aluminum (Al), 0.007-0.020 wt% of titanium (Ti), 0.015-0.025 wt% of niobium (Nb), more than 0 wt% and 0.006 wt% or less of nitrogen (N), 0.08-0.12 wt% of copper (Cu), 0.18-0.22 wt% of nickel (Ni), more than 0 wt% and 0.015 wt% or less of phosphorus (P), more than 0 wt% and 0.004 wt% or less of sulfur (S), more than 0 wt% and 0.015 wt% or less of vanadium (V), and iron (Fe) and inevitable impurities having a carbon equivalent (Ceq) value of 0.311-0.404 and crack susceptibility composition (Pcm) of 0.144-0.207; a step of controlling and rolling the reheated slab with accumulated draft percentage of 80-90% up to an abnormal area of ferrite and austenite; and a step of air-cooling the rolled slab down to room temperature.</p> |
