<p>The present invention relates to a method for selecting a fungus body, which is characterized by discriminating the difference among the mushroom varieties by employing the expression amount of at least one mushroom gene and/or the expression pattern of the mushroom gene as a measure. For example, a good fungus body and a defective fungus body are discriminated from each other by comparing the gene expression amount and/or the gene expression pattern obtained from the results of microarray analysis and quantitative real-time PCR.</p> |
