<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict effects of planning of services for citizens, city planning, and public investment by using citizen information. <P>SOLUTION: A local government and administration management support system and method for supporting services for citizens in local government and administration by using citizen information and citizen activity information includes citizen characteristics clustering processing, citizen simulation processing of predicting activities by using citizen clusters and citizen activity models, and citizen trend prediction processing of obtaining future citizen information; and includes citizen service support processing of using a part or the whole of the citizen clusters, predicted citizen activities, and predicted citizen information to make a plan of services to be provided by local government or administration, city planning processing of making an arrangement plan of public facilities, or public investment simulation processing of obtaining the most suitable budget allotment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
