PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit the deterioration of the cycle efficiency caused when a compressor is restarted.SOLUTION: A vehicle heat control system includes: a high temperature side pump 12 which suctions and discharges a heat medium; a compressor 23 which suctions and discharges a refrigerant of a refrigeration cycle 22; a high pressure side heat exchanger 15 which conducts heat exchange between the high pressure side refrigerant of the refrigeration cycle 22 and the heat medium circulated by the high temperature side pump 12; a heat medium outer air heat exchanger 13 which conducts heat exchange between the heat medium circulated by the high temperature side pump 12 and outer air; and a pump control part 50a which controls operation of the high temperature side pump 12 so that the operation of the high temperature side pump 12 continues even when the compressor 23 stops.
