PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that reduces the possibility that use scenes are limited, while suppressing deterioration in the accuracy of determination of a positional relationship among respective plural terminals.SOLUTION: There is provided a control device 200 comprising: a determination unit that determines whether a predetermined relationship is satisfied on the basis of an image captured by an imaging unit of a terminal 100A and an image captured by an imaging unit of a terminal 100B; and a decision unit that decides a first display content onto a display unit of the terminal 100A and a second display content onto a display unit of the terminal 100B so that the first display content and the second display content are related to each other, if it is determined that the predetermined relationship is satisfied.
