<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a compound having a trifluoromethyl group and a group containing an ethereal oxygen atom on the same carbon atom of an ethylene structure in a short process.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing a compound represented by the following formula (1) comprising reacting 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoro-1-propene and a compound represented by a formula R(OH)in the presence of a base: R[-OC(CF)=CH](1) [where, n represents 1, 2, or 3; Rrepresents an n-valent hydrocarbon group, or an n-valent hydrocarbon having a substituent which is inactive in the reaction of the 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoro-1-propene and the compound represented by the formula R(OH)].</p> |
