PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic steel sheet having an insulating coating excellent in annealing adhesiveness, and a laminated magnetic steel sheet.SOLUTION: The magnetic steel sheet has an insulating coating including a material derived from water glass and oxide particles at least on one surface. The water glass component includes Si and one or two kinds selected from Na and K, and the oxide particles include Si, B and one or two kinds selected from Na and K. In the insulating coating, (a mass of Si included in the insulating coating in terms of SiO)/(the mass of the insulating coating) is 0.20-0.70, (a mass of B included in the insulating coating in terms of BO)/(the mass of Si included in the insulating coating in terms of SiO) is 0.18-1.00, and {(a mass of Na included in the insulating coating in terms of NaO)+(a mass of K included in the insulating coating in terms of KO)}/(the mass of Si included in the insulating coating in terms of SiO) is 0.20-1.00. |
