<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a W/O type cream pharmaceutical preparation containing specific agents in which viscosity of the preparation is suppressed from decreasing at a low temperature to secure viscosity stability in low temperature storage so that a cream agent type can be held, and which is excellent in spreadability on the skin and humectant feeling.SOLUTION: A W/O type cream pharmaceutical preparation comprises: (A) an agent which is selected from crotamiton, diphenhydramine and its salts, chlorpheniramine and its salts, isothipendyl and its salts, ufenamate, and glycyrrhetinic acid and its derivative; (B) polyoxyethylene hardened castor oil having a polyoxyethylene addition mol number of 5 to 20; and (C) oleyl alcohol.</p> |
