PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic circuit capable of controlling delay time of a delay element to a predetermined value.SOLUTION: The electronic circuit includes: plural delay elements; a delay time acquisition section; and a voltage control section. The plural delay elements delay a clock signal the higher power source voltage, the shorter delay time and supplies the same as a delay signal. The delay time acquisition section also acquires a delay time from the values of the respective delay signals. When the acquired delay time is longer than a predetermined target value, the voltage control section performs voltage control processing to control the power source voltage to be higher; and when the delay time is shorter than the predetermined target value, the voltage control section performs voltage control processing to control the power source voltage to be lower.
