<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of shortening the change time of suitable fixing setting temperature when a kind of a recording material is changed.SOLUTION: When a paper thickness sensor 70 detects that a recording sheet S stored in a paper-feeding cassette 11 and the like is changed, a CPU 301 records a detection value to a preceding recording sheet S detected by the paper thickness sensor 70 and a flatness detector 80 in a memory portion 302, then successively detects kinds and the flatness of the following recording sheets S to store its detection value in the memory portion 302, decides the fixing setting temperature of a fixing device 60 to the following recording sheets S according to the detected kinds and the flatness, and resets the detection value stored in the memory portion 302 when the paper thickness sensor 70 detects the change of the recording sheet S.</p> |
