PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for suppressing a failure at the control of charge and discharge operation.SOLUTION: A power storage device 1 includes: a plurality of power storage parts 210 connected in parallel; a plurality of filter parts 110 provided to the power storage parts 210 and having power frequency bands to be passed mutually different, respectively; a power converter 120 for converting the charge and discharge power of the power storage parts 210; a wiring line 130 for connecting an external power supply or a load to the plurality of filter parts 110; an information acquisition unit 140 for acquiring state information indicative of the state of the power storage parts 210 for each power storage part 210; an object selection part 150 for selecting a power storage part 210 of a charge and discharge target, on the basis of the acquired state information; a pattern generation part 160 for generating a waveform pattern on the basis of the frequency band of the filter part 110 corresponding to the selected power storage part 210; and a frequency modulation part 170 for modulating a power frequency between the external power supply or the load and the wiring line, on the basis of the waveform pattern and an input/output power frequency of the power storage device 1.
